Let’s kick off the weekend by checking out some of my favorite things of the week!

Vodka + Pear + Lavender + Lemon = One delicious cocktail
I can’t wait to try this gorgeous drink by Sugar & Cloth. I think it’s perfect for a mother’s day or summer party and your guests are sure to be impressed. Head on over to the Sugar & Cloth blog for some more recipes and also some fun DIY projects! You can also follow along through Instagram.

I’ve had this image Pinned to my Interior Inspiration board for quite sometime and I just can’t get over how gorgeous these chairs are. Perhaps if I stare at them long enough, they will some how manifest themselves into my life! Becki Owens has a beautiful post on this stunning classic modern kitchen as well as other styling inspiration ideas on her blog and Instagram.

If you didn’t know, I am a BIG FAN of the Spanx faux leather leggings, so when I stumbled upon this awesome post by Lauren M, I started immediately coming up with different ways to wear my leggings. Lauren is a mama offering style, beauty, and lifestyle tips through her blog and Instagram. Check it out!

This year I have made it a goal of mine to do one thing a month that is a form of self care and most importantly, not needing a reason to do it. For me, this looks like monthly trips to DryBar, but for you it could be sleeping in an extra hour or two, purchasing that one item that you’ve been eyeing but put aside because it wasn’t a need, or staying on the couch all day watching Netflix. I love Miss Louie’s self care bullet journal menu. She also has a blog and an Instagram that’s full of OOTD inspiration.

I love when Instagram connects me with other mothers in a way that would be impossible otherwise. I am constantly inspired by Joyce and her family’s story, and I encourage everyone to head on over to their blog and Instagram to see how this family of four is truly living their dream.
